POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

All sales are subject to Classic Motor World's Policies, Terms and Conditions.

Placement of your order with Classic Motor World indicates that you have read & accept without exclusion all of our policies, terms and conditions.

STATEMENT OF CONFIDENTIALITY

     Our Goal is to communicate with you.  Classic Motor World does not sell or share any information given to us by our customers.  Any information you provide is kept confidential.  We respect your privacy!  This is Our Pledge to You.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

1. All returns or exchanges MUST be pre-authorized by Customer Service before sending product back.

 

2. Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt for exchange or refund, except special order items.

 

3. All returned items must be unused, clean and in resaleable condition. A 15% restocking charge will apply if no fault of ours.

 

4. Return the item to us postpaid.

 

5. Include a copy of your invoice with a complete explanation why you are returning the part.  Remember, pre-authorization is required.  When you contact us, we will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

     Always check the content of your shipment for damage prior to acceptance from the carrier.  If you receive a damaged shipment, even if the damage is concealed within the packaging, you must first notify the carrier immediately to initiate a damage claim and then contact Classic Motor World within three (3) days of receipt of the shipment if you require further assistance.

     You must retain all packaging materials, merchandise and invoices as required by the common carrier to process your damage claim.

     All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse.   Responsibility for your shipment lies with the carrier once it is accepted from our shipping department.  You may contact Classic Motor World for assistance only after you have filed your damage claim with the common carrier.

SHORTAGES

     Always check the contents of your shipment against your invoice to verify that all parts ordered are received.  Check the invoice for parts that are on back order prior to making a shortage claim.  

     If a shortage occurs you must contact Classic Motor World within three (3) days of receipt of the shipment.  Classic Motor World is unable to assist with a shortage claim after this period.

PAYMENT  (sorry, no C.O.D., Discover or American Express Cards)

     All orders must include payment in U.S. Currency drawn from a U.S. Bank.  We will charge for only the products and shipping/handling.  All additional fees, such as taxes or customs duty, are the customer's responsibility.  Delivery time to you is subject to shipping method and product availability at the time we receive your order.

 

PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECK

     Orders paid by check are held for a full two (2) weeks from the date they are received for check clearance and bank confirmation.  A $20.00 service fee applies to all returned checks and no additional orders will be accepted until the matter is resolved to Classic Motor World's full satisfaction.

 

VISA, MASTERCARD, MONEY ORDER or CASHIER'S CHECK

      Orders with these forms of payments are shipped within 2 weeks subject to availability.  Sorry but no C.O.D.'s, Discover or American Express cards.

     Credit card charge backs are viewed the same as a returned check and a $20.00 service fee will be charged to your order.  No additional orders will be accepted until the matter is resolved.  

Please fax or email to resolve any question or problem prior to charging back.

BACK ORDERS

     In the event an item is not in stock at the time an order is received, we will automatically back order the item and ship the order complete when that item is back in stock, unless otherwise instructed by you.

WARRANTIES

     We warranty any new or rebuilt part for 90 days from date received against defects in workmanship and materials.  Classic Motor World,  having no control over installation or use of the products it sells assumes no liability for labor charges; incidental or consequential damages caused from improper installation, abuse, or normal wear.  Classic Motor World's liability is limited to the replacement, or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion, of the defective product only.  

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Sorry but Special Order items such as carpet sets, non-stocking parts and electrical items, Cannot be Refunded, Returned or Exchanged.
